Continuous learning and professional development is the key to a company’s successful growth and competitive resilience. While learning and continuous professional development practices vary across the Group, they all share the same basic principles that foster the professional growth of our employees. Our companies use different training methods: distance learning, supervision, mentoring, face-to-face training, external training, etc. The aim is to provide our employees with the resources they need to reach and unlock their potential.
FRANMAX actively participates in the activities organised by the Lithuanian SAP community, contributes to the preparation of presentations, expands the circle of SAP professionals, and shares ideas and experience. FRANMAX raises awareness of the community and students by participating in the SAP Experience event. Colleagues also share their experience and knowledge about SAP IT solutions at conferences such as SAP Sapphire and Retail Solutions. By attending international conferences such as SAPinsider and SAP TechEd, they grow their expertise and network with professionals in their field in different countries.
FRANMAX participated in the Speed Board programme in January 2022. The programme gave participants the opportunity to “try on” a manager’s position, to increase their competence, to assess whether the manager’s job is interesting, and to see how well they are coping with such tasks. As many as five employees from FRANMAX took part in the Speed Board and three of them became managers afterwards. One of the main objectives of the Speed Board is to improve the company’s business model and to find innovative never-tried-before solutions, to improve the experience of both employees and customers.
